At Stämpfli, we publish and manage legal information such as legal works, magazines and electronic publications. Your mission
You will lead our agile and self organized artificial intelligence & machine learning team. On a day-to-day basis you will:
Evaluate, select, fine-tune, and integrate AI/ML models for contract review and legal publishing, focusing on maximizing performance with existing models
Develop expertise in NLP models, LLM-based solutions, and knowledge extraction from legal documents
Improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, applying best practices in AI deployment and optimization
Collaborate closely with product managers, legal experts, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and evaluate emerging technologies
Ensure that all AI projects adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR), and best practices in data privacy and security
Lead a team of AI engineers and software developers in Leipzig to provide guidance, support, and a culture of collaboration and growth

Domain specific interview: You meet the Stämpfli CEO and the Legartis CTO for a 30 min technical check in to understand the AI and ML department better and get clarifications around the requirements for this position.
Demonstrate your abilities: Have an in-depth interview with our experts from Stämpfli and Legartis. Showcase your abilities by presenting how you approach complex AI and ML problems.
Additional interview round: Meet the teams you would be working with and take the opportunity to pose any remaining questions.
